Shara Wohlscheid

As a Physician Assistant in pain management, I have the privilege of supporting patients through some of the most challenging moments in their lives. Witnessing the resilience of those living with chronic pain motivates me to provide thoughtful, attentive care each day. I prioritize clear communication—taking time to explain treatment options, answer questions, and involve patients as active participants in their care. I believe this collaborative approach fosters trust, hope, and empowerment throughout the healing process. My role extends beyond clinical care; I strive to be a compassionate partner in helping patients improve their comfort and quality of life. I completed my Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies and Master of Arts in Physical Education at Central Michigan University, and earned my Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Psychology from Michigan State University. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and attending sporting events with my children.
